1. The line branches and transfer the already finished processed of candies which are made by melting, stirring, vacuum microfilm syrup cook, the raw material and mixing ingredients, coloring automatically, and then pouring shaped, or those made by rope sizing, pressing, rolling and cutting shaped automatically to single twist packing, double twist packing vertical packing, then transfer to vertical packing machine with multi-head weigher to pack in large size bag and finally pack into box automatically. That is one automatic candy transfer line including one shaping line and three packing lines, can function automatically, operation easily, high efficiency, less human work, new structure, nice appearance, low noise, smoothly function and convenience for repair

2. Controlled by computer automatically, with PLC touch screen, photo-cell sensor device makes the whole line controlled automatically, makes its function more easily, bring s the function auto judge, auto recognize, auto hints the faults into effect, can also calculate the daily output automatically and print report so as to control ins output and cost.

3. With the combination of full automatic detecting instruments and automation controlling systems , detect the skin candy and the metal after packing, makes its separate automatically, so that the food will be more soft and reassure, meets ISO food hygiene standard

4. AC- motors attached with frequency converter realize infinitely variable controlling, which is accurate, energy efficient, durable and adjustable during operation
